Returns and Exchanges

I WANT TO CHANGE THE ITEM I PURCHASED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can send your product back in its original package and box with Aras cargo company within 14 days. The product will be evaluated by authorized friends and if your product is in stock, it will be sent to you by cargo. The product you want to exchange must not be worn or washed. If the product is not in stock, your payment will be refunded. The product you want to exchange must be sent with the original invoice and the completed return-exchange form. If the price of the product you will exchange is lower than the price of the product purchased, the remaining amount will be reflected in your QOLLANCHI account as points and these points will be available to you for 1 (one) year.
In case the customer refuses delivery of the package for any reason or does not receive the package, the shipping costs associated with the automatic return of the package will be charged to the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM I PURCHASED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can send the product back with Aras cargo company free of charge by filling out the return form within 14 days from the date you receive the product. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by authorized friends and you will be informed by e-mail when your return is made. You must send the product you want to return to the QOLLANCHI return address unused, unwashed and undamaged, together with the original invoice and the filled return form.

Our product return conditions are as follows;

  • •The product you want to return must be sent unworn and unwashed. The item must be packed undamaged in its original packaging and then shipped to the return address provided by QOLLANCHI.
  • •We should state that we cannot accept returns that do not have the original packaging or the packaging is damaged, has the shipping company label on it, has duct tape on it, or the original packaging is damaged in any way. If we receive products damaged, we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • • If the product to be returned has any accessories at the time of initial delivery, all these accessories must be packaged and returned undamaged in their original packaging.
  • •We cannot accept returns on these items if any garment has been worn, washed or altered.
