I WANT TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can return your product in its original package and box with Aras cargo company within 14 days. The product will be evaluated by authorized friends and if your product is in stock, it will be sent to you by cargo. The item you want to change should not be worn or washed. If the product is not in stock, your payment will be refunded. The product you want to change must be sent with the original invoice and the completed return-exchange form.

If the customer refuses to deliver the package for any reason or returns the package, the shipping costs related to the automatic return of the package will be charged to the customer. Shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

 

I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can return the product free of charge with the Aras cargo company by filling out the return form within 14 days from the date you receive the product, and the shipping fee belongs to the sender. When your request is received by us, it will be evaluated by authorized friends and you will be notified by e-mail when your return is made. You must send the product you want to return unused, unwashed and undamaged to the QOLLANCHI return address, together with the original invoice and the filled return form.

 

Our product return terms are as follows;

  • The item you want to return must be sent unworn and unwashed. The product must be packaged undamaged in its original packaging and then sent to the return address given to you by QOLLANCHI.
  • We must state that we cannot accept returns that do not have the original packaging or the packaging is damaged, has a courier label on it, has a parcel tape on it, or the original packaging is damaged in any way. If we receive products damaged, we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • If the item to be returned has any accessories at the time of initial delivery, all these accessories must be packed and returned in their original packaging without damage.
  • If any garment is worn, washed or altered, we cannot accept returns on those items.
